Frequently Asked Questions

Any unworn or damaged items can be return/ exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Prior to returning any item(s) get in touch so we're aware of the reason(s) for your return. If a product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, we can exchange it for a new item (depending upon availability - If not a refund will be processed). If you are returning the product for a refund because you are unhappy with the product then please be aware we will not refund the cost of shipping as this was fulfilled on our end.  

If you plan on returning a product please use a 'signed for' option (e.g Royal Mail) so that the product is delivered back to us safely and securely. This option will also allow you to track the stages of your order so you can see when we have received the product.

All t-shirts are true to size with a semi-fitted look. Order your normal t-shirt size and if you find it's a little too big or small just see our returns policy so we can help swap it for a different size!

Unfortunately nothing lasts forever and so is true with print screening t-shirts. However, we use high quality soft water based ink when printing so your tee will last many washes and wear well!
